I utilize my experience with software engineering, distributed team management, and business operations (both domestic and international) to create solutions to challenging problems while helping my team members grow and succeed. I enjoy learning by pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.
​My wife DeeAnn and I are proud parents of four children, two grown Purdue University graduates and two in elementary school. I have a passion for helping children, and spend time volunteering in social services.

I’ve worked with Bob for more than twenty years on a range of projects. Sometimes he managed me, sometimes I contracted for him, but mostly we’ve worked together toward a common goal.
Bob gets that work isn’t separate from life; it’s part of it. He treats people with the same respect whether he’s writing code, leading teams, or managing globally distributed projects. Created vision for new technologies. Strategically moved the product to a flexible, IoT, services-based, high-availability model while taking advantage of the established back-end business logic and while maintaining stability. Did this while maintaining near-0 downtime of a 24x7x365 call center operation.
